Booking Policy

All bookings at Bare Beauty Clinic, including online bookings, are subject to availability during listed opening hours. Management reserve the right to cancel or change bookings on occasion. Gift voucher bookings are also subject to availability and are non-refundable.

A booking fee of 50% must be paid at time of booking for all treatments and card details will be required.

Cancellation Policy

At Bare Beauty Clinic, 24 hours notice is required if you are unable to make your appointment. If this notice is not given, you will be charged a cancellation fee based on the cost of the treatment(s) booked. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge (this can be avoided by an immediate re-book on the first occasion that you need to cancel). Cancellations within 8 hours will incur a 75% charge. Cancellations within only 1 hours notice will incur 100% charge. mean we’re left with an empty spot that can’t be filled so we’re asking you please to be respectful of our time. 

Please be aware we close at 6pm on a Saturday and all cancellations for Monday and Tuesday by phone must be made before close of business on Saturdays, alternatively you can reschedule your appointments online up to 24hours in advance.
